Btw, bros. I never actually had salmon before. I was thinking about picking up a fresh cut at sams, non frozen. Looks pretty and pink in the packaging!

Whats the best way to prepare it? Cook in butter? No seasoning?
 
@gr8whitetrukker my favorite way to prepare it....when Im not dieting so hard is to get some soy sauce honey and fresh ginger make a sauce out of it and soak the salmon for an hour or 2. Then pan cook it or in the oven. Its bangin!!! Another way thats even less healthy than that lol is to get the pre made pastry rolls and use one for the top and one for the bottom of the salmon. Ad some fresh shelled crab(imitation works fine too but shred it first) mix the crab with yogurt and fresh dill. Next put the salmon on top of one of the pastry triangles put the crab on top of the salmon and cover with the second pastry. Push the sides of the pastry together so its nice and tight and bake in the oven. It one of the meals I cook that my wife loves the most.
 
On a side note: I just tried this pre workout called 'stimulate ' 1 scoop and I almost freaked out in thr gym! Hands were shaking like I was withdrawing, sweating like I was shitting. But I was lifting like a beast!

Thank god Im psychotic enough without the need for that stuff. Id probably get arrested if i walked in to a gym jacked up on "stimulate"

Beanz - you dont need no Stimulate or DNP or any of that crap , your lean enough to just "diet out" the rest .

Im losing between .2 and .4 lbs everyday , why would I want to lose anymore and run the risk of taking off muscle too ? Remember if your losing more than 3-4lbs/ a week your also "muscle-stripping" ....slow & long is the way to diet !!

Lol I know what you mean. I'm an ex speed addict and I have to watch what preworkout I use. Some of that shit is just like meth. I have actually caught my self wiggin out and peeping out the blinds. The only time in my life I ever thought I was Oding was on a free sample pack that I think GNC gave me. I just bounce back and forth between C4 and Mr. Hyde now

The struggle is real! Lol but I like C4 too. Flavor is the best IMO out of the dozens I've tried. Probably not gonna go back to the stimulate, being it's made by Walter white!

Take your salmon fillet (skin down) , lightly oil a baking sheet , rub a little oil on top , lightly sprinkle Lawrys seasoning salt on top , and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes . Thats it , see my pics above for "before & after"......
 
I really hate to see you guys wasting money on "pre-workout" packs & drinks , what a waste of money they are , and usually the only thing they do is raise your heartrate , and GNC is the biggest offender. JUNK . Heres all you need before a workout .

A strong cup of coffee
A Powerade & one pack of EmergenC (1000mg Vitamin C)
