What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Oh shit that looks good @sin!! I'm almost done with my leg night and those look they need to made tonight

They are damn delicious! If one is lazy, you can just use instant pancake mix or whatever it's called but add half a scoop of vanilla whey and use a bit of milk with the water as well. I pretty much make it this way so I can get some banana in me, can't eat them bitches any other way lol plus, I guess it is nice to stay away from bleached flour as much as possible.

No one ran me off. I exposed the admin's source bias and he didn't like it. In fact, I believe you even said he was wrong to lock Karius' thread - in private, of course. You didn't have the balls to say it publicly. But then again, you've never been known as a maverick. You're more of a follower.

And science had nothing to do with it. Try to keep up, DD.

I've stated that publicly both here on Meso and there on TID. Search my post history for your proof and you'll find it. Now that that's out of the way, you're distorting what transpired but that's modus operandi for you.

The only thing that didn't make sense in that thread was you making statements you couldn't support.

A prime example of the incompetent half of the Dunning-Kruger effect.

Lyle McDonald is not a leading expert in anything except online blogging. The fact that you don't know that is probably the reason you made a fool of yourself.

These are your own words you liar.

It was written within the last 4 - 5 years. You really should read it because it contains a lot of valuable info. Lyle McDonald is highly respected.

You love to distort history don't you. Now if you're done nut hugging Jim and actually begin to research nutrition we can hopefully have an adult conversation.

PS if you post a pic of one of your meals in here I'm sure you'd get more likes than what you normally get.

Just walked in the door from out of town and look what was waiting on me.

I will try to contain myself and not eat this jar in 3 days like I did the last batch. No promises though

What I described is exactly what happened.

The Dunning-Kruger theory has a lot of holes in it but I do agree that it applies to you.

These are your own words you liar.

Now, now, DD. Careful with the name calling. You wouldn't want anyone to usurp your victim title.

I said Lyle McDonald is highly respected. He is. He's written a few books, too, but I wouldn't describe him as a leading expert in nutrition. At best he reads the literature and writes about it. He isn't doing the research that's in the literature.

Regardless, you resort to logical fallacies like they're going out of style, and none are more egregious than appealing to his authority. I assumed you knew better but I now see I gave you too much credit.

Discussing nutrition with you would require that you to actually understand it yourself. Unfortunately, you have a rudimentary understanding at best. You proved tonight that you know how to cut and paste the ideas of others. If I want to learn about the ideas of others, I'll go read their blog myself.

Correction, it was dr. Jim that happened with my mistake. You came crying for other reasons you are correct.

This rebuttal worked in the 2nd grade maybe not so much as adults. Shows at what age your mindset is stuck in.

Oh you mean like you constantly do claiming ad hominems and personal attacks....hypocrite. But don't worry I won't let that last name affect the victim status.

Well by your own words you dorm follow nutrition so it doesn't surprise me when you don't recognize the experts. Those doing the research aren't the experts either. You have world renowned researchers like Jeff Volek who still believes carbs are magically evil lol.

Regardless, you resort to logical fallacies like they're going out of style, and none are more egregious than appealing to his authority. I assumed you knew better but I now see I gave you too much credit.

You have been an amazing teacher and taught me how to do it and get away with it. I thank you for the lessons in subterfuge, hypocrisy, lying, and more.

I understand it enough to know the difference between GNG and DNL unlike your precious Jimmy. Oh wait, that was merely a typo I forgot. Remove the penis from your mouth and let him make up his own funny excuses.

SOOOOOoooo, I'm having some cinnamon roll protein pancakes for dinner :|

Recipe:
Pancakes
2 egg whites
1/4 cup ground oats
half of a small ripe banana
15 grams vanilla whey
Couple dashes of cinnamon
Splash of Almond milk

Icing
1.5 Tsp Butter
5 grams vanilla whey
3 grams Splenda
Cinnamon to taste
(these ingredient amounts are more guestimates as I didn't weigh anything just winged it. One should be able to figure it out, it's not rocket science lol )

Add pancake ingredients in bowl, mix thoroughly. Cook on griddle/pan. These cook pretty fast, don't want to cook them too long or they become rubbery.
For the icing, melt the butter in microwave, stir in dry ingredients and drizzle over your stack.
