Hey guys!! I've missed a lot been crazy busy with work 100+hrs this week...I got an unwanted promotion to a position that does 4 peoples worth of work...been slacking in the gym and with my diet....recently started a trenA cycle and going to play with it some to cut a little pudge off and dry out some...

With my cut starting next week (I hope) I'm going to enjoy some St Louis style smoked ribs for dinner. Should be ready to roll in about 4-5 hours
Ok bc I am having such a hard time deciding, you both win the internet for a week. I would commit war crimes to have either of those dinners. I am officially jealous

Right now I'm thinking beef and pork or turkey tacos with guacamole and mango salsa and some homemade ch**seless flan for dessert

I forgot to mention fried oysters. And those ribs looks awesome Furious! Wish i had a smoker like that mine is rather small. Been thinking about making one.
Taco"s and guac and mango salsa sound gtg. Its going to be hard to top Beanz"s Cabo adventure but you can try ....lol
I am up for a challenge OGH plus I'm hungry as fuck so it's a win win for me hahaha

tacos are always a win. But my request would be pork tacos, diced up and served on two grilled corn tortillas ,with that mango salsa mixed with a Greek yogurt crema on top. [Street taco brother]
If you have it try. Greek yogurt,Sriarcha and honey mixed. That's the Beanz"s way =) cheers!
I have the ground beef already but I'll see if I can get some ground up pork to go with it. Never tried Greek yogurt on it but I need to get rid of this sour cream before it goes bad lol. Maybe in can mix the two? And of course I have Sriracha. Love that shit man!
all this talk about tacos. I may have to make an ingredient run

Turkey tacos, with pork and ground beef!! That sounds spectacular.
Wild turkey breast butterflied and stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños and wrapped in a lot of bacon...
