Hey vanilla, a while back you told me about macadamia nut oil and since then ive tried to find it in the stores, both big chain and health food stores but have had no luck. Just wondering where do you get it at?

Its tough to find. The only place i have found it is from Dave Palumbo.
Dave Palumbo is the guy who turned my old team onto it.... effin delicious. I HATE olive oil, never tasted good. And coconut oil just ruins the flavor of everything else... too overwhelming a flavor for me.

Eat it raw eh?
The micro parasites found in raw fish scares the hell out of me. They can live and survive in the human body permanently...
Out of the thousands of pounds of sushi served to the American public everyday the cases of food poisoning are fractional compared to what people get sick from in other restaurants.
I feel a whole lot safer watching a legit Sushi chef prepare my dinner than I do buying meat from the grocery store. Someone who probably has more years spent on his craft than I have been actually out if diapers.
If you only knew what you were missing.

There are very few sushi rolls that I will eat raw. But hands down my two favorite rolls, and happen to be cooked, they are a halibut tempura roll and a teriyaki chicken roll

Fresh caught that morning... Parmesan tempura crusted halibut atop a mountain of scratch made reindeer sausage macaroni and cheese with a small side of garlic and butter sauteed asparagus. Wash down with a couple of pints of Alaskan White.

To me, THAT is better lol
I really love raw fish but certain fish are better cooked.
That looks delish BTW and i would inhale it lol!!!

There was this super thin sliced raw tuna i had at a sushi joint in Wisconsin that was off the hook. .. and this awesome eel with some sort of white fish in a roll.
