What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I think this might be one of the best threads we have here. I already have a ton of new ideas and it's great to see what everyone eats around here. Diet has been maybe my hardest to nail down.. Mostly because I LOVE FOOD, real food, tons of flavor, spices, butter, oil, and we all know it not the cleanest, but I can't do the chicken and rise 6x day like some so this really helps. Thanks

Grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli, beans, carrots, sweet potato, aspargas and brown rice and 5 boiled eggs (i steam my eggs every nite not all in one go)
Actually looks great. I think I'll prep these exactly for lunch this week. I've finally come back around to liking chicken again and I always rotate the same meal plans, gets old. I like this idea tho
 
My Sunday grill for the week...10lbs. Marinated in Frank's Hot Buffalo, Frank's Slammin' Sriracha, Kickin' Chicken, Blackened Seasoning, and Cajun Seasoning...Sodium, off the charts. Lol Naw its not that bad. ;)

Thanks mate. Im trying lol im finally living back at home full time now so i can prep my meals. I spent the last 5 years working away living in construction camps (2500+ men) so i learnt routine which was great. But i also couldnt control what went into my food as i never prepped it. Now ive takenmy routine home and im loving it. Missus cant eat the same everyday so she actaully dry reaches eating chicken now lol
