What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds about the easiest.
I personally always end up with that mushy / grainy fat melt that mixes in after cooking in the crock pot. Decent size globs every time. .. only reason i don't use it. ... i would to have nice moist shredded chicken like that though
 
Finish off the night with a rubisean special and a glass of milk. Gym was closed today so just concentrated on eating. Got in 6 large whole food meals. Not a bad start to 2016.

I have never used a crock pot, but what if you trimmed the fat off the chicken??
Can't trim fast off frozen chicken lol.

But seriously though, I always do, but them the filmy layer that kinda invisibly wraps the meat still ends up doing that. .. also turns out super dry.

Obviously some kind of major Operator Error, i just don't want to end up wasting more chicken because of my ineptitude lol.
 
Yuck. Miracle whip for this guy. I eat mayo all the time cause that's what my favorite sub shop has but I have NEVER had it in my household

I only use Miracle Whip at home, but like Odie, some places can make it taste good on sammiches...
Oh, and my friends mom's mayonnaise chocolate cake!... can't taste it, but makes it sooo moist
 
I think we are going to have to segregate this thread , Miracle Whippers go to the left side of the room , Mayo lovers go to the right . There will be no mixing of sandwich dressings , thats an abomination ! :D
