What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I never make ribs because I slow cook them and they take forever! I've never tried cooking them your way. Now I have something to do tomorrow during the 12-36 inches of snow we are expecting in CT.

Hey Kubrick - Boil & bake is a simple way to cook meat tender . These just fell apart when I lifted them out, no knife was needed .
Stay warm there and its a goodtime to cook .....;)

If you seal it in tin foil and bake it at 400 for an hour it will boil in its own juices and fall off the bone, then all you have to do is put it on the bbq and caramelized the bbq sauce on it.

Thats another way to do it , but you would surprised by how many BBQ joints pre-boil the meat . Most do . Pre-boil for 45 min then your ready for the grill . Or bake them like I did . Theres lots of ways to BBQ....

I'm from CT as well and I live down on the shoreline near New Haven. Stay safe and keep warm so make plenty of goodies to keep your tummy happy :)

Which app Is that?

I still do my daily intake on paper..I was curious if you like doing it that way and if it works for you?
Yeah if you download the app you can put whatever you want in and even take a picture of the bar code and it will bring up that exact product with all the nutritional details. It's pretty sick, and thr desktop version is great for seeing what YOUR whole daily goals are

Anyone own a fitbit? My gf and sister have one. I'm fixing to get one. It tracks your steps, heart rate, calories, sleep and you can log your calories in. It does a lot more then that too. Like you can download the app and challenge people. Just wondering
