What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

So I have dropped pretty much all sugar from my diet, bought sugar free syrup for pancakes, if I do grab some sweets they are all sugar free...I also cut butter, spray butter is my thing now...See what comes of it :)

Im thinking about going more sugar free too Myth , I like the sugar free syrup . And sugar free chocolate candy is pretty good too . Thanks for reminding me ....Goodluck Bro ;)
 
Well fellas I got called out of town the other day for few days. My diet has been shit. I have ate gas station food twice. But I did eat at a steak house and I've been staying at a Hoilday inn express, so I do feel relaxed. Lol. I am very disgusted with myself and can't wait to get back on track Tommorrow. On a plus note I put on 4 lbs over the weekend. It's all junk weight but it will make me strong this week in the gym.

ya that happens...and even me today eating Russell Stover candy makes me feel fat. You'll work that junk off soon enough so get your lazy ass to the gym lol

I go sugar free on everything as well. Just make sure there are no sugar substitutes in the food. They are worse than actual sugar! Oh and pick up some sugar free chocolate syrup! You won't regret it. I put in my oatmeal in the morning and cream of rice preworkout! Love the stuff.
 
That's a nice size steak. Are you able to eat a steak that size everyday?
Yes sir. That was actually a little light I split it for a meal tomorrow. I eat 5 whole food meals a day like eggs 4 whole omega three with 1 cup whites and 1 cup oatmeal with banana and Pb, chicken and rice, elk and potato, salmon and rice, beef and potato ( 8oz on the protein and 1 cup on rice or 10 oz. potato )and then add fat like an avocado or mac nut oil. Then 2 protein/carb drinks before and after workout. So seven meals a day. Will be 8 when I get my intra workout drink back in the mix. I also have been adding either a banana or Apple with every meal now just for more calories.
