1cup whey, 1cup nat pb, 1pint egg whites, 1cup milk ~ blend ~ inhale. I've been doing this a couple times per day now for almost a week and having a much easier time hitting calorie and macro goals.
Meal 2 ~ 8 scrambled eggs, 1 cup Brown rice.
