What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I think I posted this here last year. Please critique:

Goals:
Leaner and maintain. Don't mind leaving some bulk behind. The older I get the more I want to downsize.
Stats:
5'7''
185lbs
bf: ~ 12%
age: 46
5am- smoothie: Bananas, blue berries, strawberries, very little juice, Hemp/whey/brn rice PP, Plain yogurt, aloe vera juice, water, apple cider vinegar.
Coffee.

8isham- grain mush (kamut, wheat berries, spelt, barley and millet) or steel cut oats, raw nuts (usually walnuts, almonds and pecans) and maybe an apple or an orange.

12pm fish/chicken/ground turkey w/ brown rice and veggies.

2pm raw nuts (usually walnuts, almonds and pecans),carrot and celery (w/ natural PB) sticks and maybe an apple.

after workout: Carnosine, amino acid complex, L Carnitine L Tartrate

6pm Veggie refried beans/or lentils with fish/chicken and sometimes red meat, with salad no dressing. very little carbs here, but if I do, potato or brn rice or yam or sweet potato.

later: raw nuts or apple with natural peanut butter.

It is rare I eat anything out of a box or can. I make my own refried beans from scratch for example (2/3 pintos and 1/3 kidney). I haven't had fast food in twenty years. I don't drink anything but water, coconut water, wine, craft beer. No soda pops. No gatorade. No monsters.

Well sounds like you got a good plan. You eat very hippyish. Maintain that diet and you should have no problem. Why not more lean meat?

I am a hippy in a sense. I used to go to Dead concerts, lived in SF for a long time. Hence the heady muscle name. High on shrooms, I was given that name.

I was actually a veghead for ten years. But the older I got and doing construction, I needed meat. Started back about 4 years ago or so. I like red meat. I may eat it once or twice a week. I prefer venison over anything, but Lamb and steaks are fine too.
Red meat slows down my digestion. When trying to lost BF, that is no bueno for me.

I haven't competed since 93' in BB. I am on the maintain, gearing down for the old age, headed to the death parade! lol. Whatever.

Ya hippys aren't all bad. Ive met some cool socialist bastard hippies in my time. Some live in communes. Some have a really neat out look on life. But your ok in my book heady. Eat on!

I don't believe in "isms" but I did live in a commune for a while. Got skinny as fuck! lol. Hippy Chicks are some of the best white women. I don't give a flying fuck about politics though. If there is a politician around, there's a thief! Red, blue, whatever.

Roasted Chicken with yams and blanched broccoli and kim che. Yummy.
