Let me know how you like it brother. I took one to work today, it was not bad but I eat it with the meat cold so a little dry. I think I will try heating the meat first tomorrow. Let me know if you try anything else on it.Damn man! I grew up on elk, deer, and wild fish. It is trippy to think folks have never had the opportunity to eat it. I have a whole freezer full of shit you can stop by anytime and fire up the grill.
Sounds good brother! I am going to copy your idea tonight as long as I can get the wife on board, or may have to for lunch tomorrow. I will use deer instead, my elk stock is getting low. Also am thawing out some top round for breakfast tomorrow. These cuts were from a young white tail, nice and tender.
