Thanks brother. I like to keep it simple yet effective. Right now every meal is 50 grams protein, and either 40 grams of carbs or 30 grams of fat. Today is an off day so all meals have fat, no carbs (except meal 1).
Like this meal I'm eating now........
10 oz. elk backstrap, lettuce, 1/2 avocado, 1 tbsp macnut oil as dressing.
