throwing donuts and snickers to up your calories didn't give you tons of fat??

I'm asking cause sometimes I wouldn't mind doing it but I'm worried for the exess fat??

I'm on dbol so I thought that I should keep the sugar to a minimum?

I got away with it in my 20"s but not in later years , it sticks now ....it depends on body type and metabolism too .

If I could go back in time I would just clean bulk with high protein foods , once you get fat cells fat they will always be prone to fatness ...

There's a Dunkin Donuts right near my gym and I tend to gravitate to it lol
 
This morning 5 eggs and not pictured 1 cup egg whites w Anavite and a big bowl of Cheerios w skim milk. This should fuel a shoulder day, but damn an Apple fritter sounds good and I have one here for my kids [emoji26]

Furious , the decision to eat your kids apple fritter is solely up to you . I would eat it . Then the kids would hate me ....next time buy more apple fritters !! :)
