throwing donuts and snickers to up your calories didn't give you tons of fat??
I'm asking cause sometimes I wouldn't mind doing it but I'm worried for the exess fat??

Ohh donuts are my weaknessI got away with it in my 20"s but not in later years , it sticks now ....it depends on body type and metabolism too .
If I could go back in time I would just clean bulk with high protein foods , once you get fat cells fat they will always be prone to fatness ...

I generally buy two regular sized glazed donuts so this might be the ticketDonuts are actually great energy sources , but at the right time (2 hrs before workout or 1/2 hr after a workout w/ protein drink).

This morning 5 eggs and not pictured 1 cup egg whites w Anavite and a big bowl of Cheerios w skim milk. This should fuel a shoulder day, but damn an Apple fritter sounds good and I have one here for my kids [emoji26]
