No. That's why i don't use coconut oil. Wife loves it but i feel it over powers everything with coconut flavor.
Mac oil gives a bit of a refreshing, light, nutty flavor

Some fresh ono caught by one of my fishing buddies, in the mainland you might know it as Wahoo. Anyway its one of my favorite fish to eat, throw in some king crab and some veggies and im a happy guy[emoji4]
Two meals of today.
Beef steak with avocado, tomatos and asparagus.

Got up early and made my wife 2 banana Carmel pancakes,toast,strawberries,bananas and of course a mimosa.

Alright , Ogh is back in town , at least for a few days . Just got the California central grand tour picking up a few more trailers , that place is drying up and dehydrating something fierce .
I dont know why we cant pump Oregons vast water supply to Cali , ???
And I havent seen a barbell in 2 weeks , still having a hardtime hooking-up again . Gotten lazy these last months and fat too , back to 200 again ...... Going in town tomorrow for a gym workout , hope the Hammerstrength machines will wake me up .
Jeez - You guys have been putting the food away !! , EBK your Cabo tour was easily the equal of Beanz"s Cabo tour !! I gotta do Cabo !! The food/atmosphere looks fantastic !!

It's the Kirkland brand at Costco. Got it for 16 bucks. Can't beat that. I will get around 4-5 meals out of it. It's the size of a football

I know I've posted a few times about Fat free Greek yogurt... I've found it to be the best condiment I could ever use, and it is absurdly versatile.... But just had to throw this out because it is awesome:
I ran out of my fat free Plain Greek Yogurt, all that's left is my wife's Vanilla flavored..... mixed it with some some Sriracha, it's like the worlds best Sweet and Spicy sauce!
Figured I had to share. It surprised the hell outta me.
