OK OGH...I'm HERE!! Carb loading before a competition Saturday. Aiming for 600g carbs today and tomorrow.
Breakfast: Entire tube of pilsbury cinnamon rolls
Lunch: 5 oz hamburger patty and 1 cup of Suddenly Salad Southwest Grains
Dinner: Big ass helping of lasagna
At least 32 oz of grape juice. Will adjust amount to meet the grams required for the day after measuring out how much lasagna I am able to eat.

6 egg omelette, onions, shrooms, low fat mozzarella, and yes tuna on top.

It works and Suprisingly doesn't taste bad. Make sure to put mayo in the tuna thoWhen I first looked at that I thought wft, but now that I think about it, it ain't no different then tuna salad.

mmm rice cakes make great snacks and I prefer the apple cinnamon ones dabbed with natty PB.
