I think it comes to a point with these guys. They know they gotta come off some time. Wrestlers are doing 2-3 shows a week and always on the road and staying in hotels. Getting hurt and rehabbing injuries. I've seen this before in all my favorite dudes. They all shrink over time. up 4 lbs, Im 228 at the moment but my vascularity is fading fast. I heard the word RIPPED on my vacation a lot and my sister asked me if I was on steroids. lol I've always been asked that but to hear it from my sister was great. I would say my last blast was a success. It was my first time running Mast or fina and running them together is now my new favorite as far as freak results. Tomorrow I will hit the gym for the first time in over a week and its time to train for strength. Hope my damn rack gets here soon.

Post workout munch eggwhites and salmon my favourite. 5 minutes to make 30 seconds to eat lol. Also had a bowl of oats soaked in milk for 20 minutes for my post workout carbs.
