My "Tip of the Day" ....having a hard time force-feeding with that lil ol fork ? Get a big ass spoon ! Here I'm shoveling down eggs/ham/rice with A US issue xtra large spoon .

A utensil fit for a beast lol. I always use a table spoon while eating. Haha you should see my lil 2yr old girls face when she trys to open up her mouth to take a bite off of dads spoon:D Its cute as shit to say the least:p She loves eating chicken an potatoes with dad;)

Brings back memories. Im sure a few of the bros on here who have served have the same story, but when I joined, for the first month or so all I got to eat with was a big ass spoon. No fork. No knife. Just shovel the food in your mouth and taste it later!

Today's lunch was kinda weird , one can local tuna then a bowl of Raisin Bran w/ almond milk . Not bad , just eat the tuna first.

Got to love those Honeysuckle White boneless turkey breasts , about 3-4 lbs . View attachment 27816 Costco had them for $7 a piece , I grabbed 10 of em .

I baked this one at 325 for 1 hr 50 min in a cast iron pan lightly coated in peanut oil.
bought a cast iron skillet and peanut oil at walmart , funny story i actually think about you bros when shopping usually
