Can't beat eggs and steak. Honestly I could eat a combination of eggs, steak and rice all day everyday.
8oz. Ground turkey, 1 cup brown rice, half an avacado. Ranch dressing.
Went to Outback earlier (first time). Had seared Ahi tuna (fucking awesome) 2 steaks, 1 sweet potato, and a side of mac and cheese.
Steak tartar for dinner tonight is the rumor...

I got 24oz of chicken breast marinating in brine of my go to seasonings... chicken bullion, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon pepper. I always use the same seasonings and I never get tired of them. It was not broke don't fix it right? Anywho that's what I've got on tap for the rest of the day.

What do you think of those hearts? I have a bottle full of them and I'm fixing to start my blast in the next week or 2. Really hoping there good and not weak like the last dbol I had

They are good Odie, I swell up like a tick on 50mg of these. My chlosterol usually runs about 150 ( I donate blood regularly so I know this number) while on blue hearts it spikes to over 200.
