What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Since Im a cook I'll have to try that . Doesnt seem like it has enough "binder" to it but we will see . We add bananas to Mrs.OGH"s cookies sometimes so its not that far off.....
good thread,glad you directed me here,tell me this,ive stopped buying protien powders and make my own along with some gainer in it for after workouts,i take and fill my blende half full with whole milk,then add 2 bannanas 6 raw eggs some coconut cause i love it lol 3 packs of instant peaches and cream outmeal,and about a cup of pinapple juice,any thing you would do diff on this or does this sound ok to you

Welcome . Looks gtg to me . Nice thing about bulking is almost anything goes . Just keep an eye on the waist line . Us oldsters bulk up everywhere....
 
I've been using Silks almond/coconut milk , the stuff taste great and only 50 cals.
Couple that with some Powerades fruit punch and vanilla ice cream whey protein and your set . The taste is unbelievable , think cherry shake .
