Big ol bowl of fresh made taboule salad, teriyaki and buffalo chicken jerky
 
I used quinoa, and equal amounts of flat leaf parsley and cilantro then I added the rest of the classic ingredients plus a diced jalapeño

Interesting. We normally use only flat lead parsley or mix it with the Italian parsley but never really Italian parsley on it's own for whatever reason. Never added cilantro but I love some cilantro from all the Spanish cuisine lol. And LOVE the jalepeño!
