Damn thats nuts lol. I know those chains dont leave a very smooth cut like a knife or a cre sahrt object. They just mangle the skin all to hell. Its almost as if they eat their way right through ya rather than smoothly cut. Haha the son of my boss said he used one to cut up a deer one time. Long story short, he had to throw his clothes away after that smh.

After dropping 8lbs this week and staying obsessively 100% on my diet, and training throughout this week, I finally get my cheat.

3 pieces of birthday cake from my daughters bday party last night, and leftover thanksgiving dinner... the whole dinner in smashed into one of the large ISOBAG containers, which means gravy on everything !!!! [emoji7]

took the wife out tonight, had a second cheat, which I'll likely regret. ..

Trio of sliders - bbq pork n slaw, cheeseburger, and rueben.
Not pictured. .. im so a fat kid, so they were almost gone before the server removed her hand from the plate lol..

And pictured- scratch made pasta alfredo with Halibut.... shit was delicious! !!!
