Heres my advice since youre bulking. Ditch the bread. Also ditch the soup. Just have turkey. A WHOLE turkey to yourself. Also eat some bread with it, maybe french. And have some soup on the side.

Saves me a lot of time brother. I use Buffalo or BBQ sauce on each meal so it doesn't taste too bland. Believe it or not all of that food still puts me 1000kcals below what I need each day!! :p

I'm on point with training and nutrition, the only thing that sets me back is my sleeping man, it's 4:43am here and I haven't slept a blink :( it sucks but insomnia did run thru the family..

Shit that sucks!!! Ive only had it a cpl times and it was tough to make it through the next day. I feel for you brother!!
