Supps are dirty biz. Swap if for dymatize whey if you can. You'll dig it. I used creatine and noexplode back in my teenage yrs thinking I had made a big step up. Lol, I haven't used any since. Garbage. I sworn it all off.

"Our Gracious Host" has hit the ground runnin! ITS BULK IT'S BULK IT'S BULK TIME!!!
Supplements ARE dirty business. I really don't think any of them do anything. I had done some research several years ago. I always wondered why on the packaging the companies were vague as to what the products actually did and the term dietary supplement seemed to be the descriptor on so many bottles. What I found out was that unless a company had conclusive evidence via studies like the ones that pharmaceutical companies do, they can't make direct claims. And most of the supplement companies do their own testing by having a sister company under a different name they use to actually test the products. They can mention what the studies findings are but very very rarely are they done in a way that is sufficient enough to make label claims and the best they can advertise is that they are dietary supplements which means nothing at all.
Case in point: In the beauty and cosmetic industry collagen is added to moisturizers as a youth serum for the skin. The companies can list all the attributes of collagen being that its in their product. What they don't mention is that as soon as collagen comes in contact with oxygen it become inert as far as what its benefits to the skin are. There is no way to add it to beauty products without it being exposed to oxygen so it may be in the product and it may in it's essence be beneficial to the skin but once its added to the product its useless. So the companies can't legally say that their product does any of what they lead you to believe.
(Collagen does X, we have collagen in our product, use our product. They never say our product does X. They talk in circles.)
These are the same tactics that the supplement companies use.
Even multi-vitamins can't be trusted. The binding agents and fillers are a concern. One leading popular vitamin company was caught using sawdust as a filler and some of the vitamins that are in there are in a state that can't be absorbed or such a small percentage that it might as well be none.
Creatine has been studied in the medical community for various reasons. They are studying it now because of its neurological benefits. They believe that it may be used one day in the treatment of alzheimers. Creatine has had legitimate testing.
There are three compounds that cause nitric oxide synthesis in the body and its affects have been legitimately proven although the benefits are immediate and don't really have any lasting long term benefits but the pump does feel good.
Some Protein powder and some of the testosterone precursers have benefits but other than that you would be hard pressed to find any legitimate conclusive evidence that any of the other overly expensive supplements do a damn thing. Preworkout products do ramp you up but the BP and other cardiac related risks concern me.
I keep whey on hand for when I have time issues and that's it.
I spend my money on food, gear, and my gym membership. Done.

Decided to give this PB powder a try to add to shakes or whatever. It is fucking awesome stuff. The last bag of protein powder I got was bland tasting but a scoop of this is the way to go.
