For my shift at work, couple apples, few hard boiled eggs, and some black beans and chicken. Really trying to stick to this pre preparing my meals thing so I won't eat a bunch of shit while I'm at work, got a little too much extra fat abouts the chest and belly region haha

I've been lazy with meal prepping recently :( don't know what's wrong with me lol.

We all get lazy making meals , skipping breakfast . But those that only let it slip every once in a while are the ones that make it . Consistency is the name of the BB game , especially bulking . Cutting you can skimp & skip meals . Bulking no . You"ll never get truly big until you consistently eat mass amounts week after week...
