Simple breakfast omelette : egg whites , chicken sausage, half slice of cheese.

1/2 cup of oats and cottage cheese and banana went along with that. 480 calories. Still hungry :mad: looking forward to next meal.
Ahh the cutting diet. In a couple months I'll be using the same recipe. Cottage cheese and a banana :(
I been feeling pregnant these days. At my weight its hard on the body
