What's up guys? So, I tried that recipe for sous vide pork belly, it was a fucking success! I paired it with veggie fried rice topped w/ two fried eggs.
Pork belly was seasoned w/ allspice, brown sugar, pink salt, black pepper, a bit of cayenne and paprika (does paprika even provide anything as far as flavor is concerned? LOL).

All done. The glaze was a modified version of the recipe, I added fresh navel orange juice from my yard, hoisin, sriracha, honey and a bit of soy...
