Kinda embarassing
Spider curls. Love them. Amazing fantabulous contractions
Since my guy never sent me the winny i asked for im making due with the little i have left. So i threw 50mg anadrol in for shits n giggles

Then i ate a wendys triple w/ cheese combo and 12 pc spicy nug

Doing em tomorrow...chest and ARMS hypertrophy. I'm looking forward to it!! Probably won't be able to sleep now you got me all ready to lift. Lol Hope I'm the only one there...
