I know you are a chef ogh.... defiantly correct about cast iron.

You cant match cast iron for flavor and crispness . The other night the Mrs. wanted crunchy french fries using Oreida frozen fries . Instead of using a flat sheet to bake with I used a cast iron pan and a little peanut oil . Perfect french fries , crunchy outside , tender inside .
 
Naw you're good. Now if you had over 10,000 and never touched AAS, that would be concerning and weird. Lol

I would guess 80% of the 10K posts came from posting and answering foodie questions the other 20% would be training questions and bitching and ragging on sources...its been fun :p

Thanks Sean! I've been around just spend more time lurking than posting nowadays. Work, bow season, fall chinook, gym, eating, and family have been keeping me super busy. I still check in on this thread every time I stop in and stay caught up on the killer meals. Keep killin it brothers!
