Chicken breast stuffed with mango-peach-pepper jelly-cream cheese goodness, sweet potato casserole, and corn on the cob with a sugar free, ice cold coca cola.

56 eggs per week. Anyone come close ? @Ateam2023 @Trenbolonetax what’s your egg count per week ?
oh , im only averaging about 20 eggs a week , i did just get a "egg hookup" from talking to the delivery driver for "Vital Farms" pasture raised eggs , and apparently the company or distributor account for "potential broken eggs" and loss do to transport etc , anyway ill be getting my eggs at roughly half of what you would pay in the store , its a win for me because these eggs are Bammmmmb,, IMG_2106.webp

Oh shit, what? How did you meet this person? I'll stalk my grocery store if necessary.

I still get a lot of eggs from my backyard neighbors but would like a contingency plan in case they ever close shop.

A good friend of mine introduced me to him , Just one of those type situations, He'll most likely buy pork from my little brother who raises a few pigs we are 4th generation Pig Farmers (retired myself) but brother still maintains a little operation , we used to run about 500-600 hogs at a time back when i was growing up,, It's the other "White Meat",, lol

Haven't been posting in here... well post surgery my diet hasn't been great but trying to watch a little better. Back to groundhog day breakfast with protein shake.. og,milk,protein powder... Hopefully in 1 week frim today I can get the go ahead on some light lifting.. 3 weeks with nothing but small walks and it has taken a till on me mentally to not be in the gym...also been getting things checked well while off work. Had cat scan of my heart,lungs,lymph notes,ect all good, seeing cardiologist tommarrow.. liver and kidney valuse great blood pressure good and gonna do full work up next week hopefully my a1c back down enough and ready for gh on this next cycle!
