I usto grow alot some years back, tomatoes peppers, potatoes, squash, strawberries, probably some more im forgetting. I had some chickens also, gave them away and I have no time for that stuff these days.

i make my own COR, it turns out pretty good, i put honey in it,,
I usto love cream of wheat and oatmeal when i was younger but i got burnt out on it, and cant stand it now.

My wife makes aroz con leche its like mexican rice pudding, its just rice water milk cinnamon and a little sweater like sweet condensed milk or sugar or honey and its amazing. Its kind of like a dessert but you can adjust the ingredients to make it more a healthier breakfast side.

1 electric skillet full for my self, easy peasy breakfast. 4 fried brown eggs, 2 turkey bacon, 1 beef hot link, with just olive oil zero cal pam for non stick, and a glass of milk.

60g protein, 6g carbs only from the milk.

You can also eat it hot or cold so you can make a big batch and refrigerate it and its just as good. Not like oatmeal rice pudding or cream of wheat you have to make fresh every time. You can get a small container of it pre made to try it from any store in the premade pudding or jello section, but those ones usually have lots of sugar, but u can get a small 1 for a buck or two to see if u like it.
