What source has raw materials?

Definately missed it.
Shortage started around November. It seems everyone who's currently selling is just going through remaining, sometimes degraded, stock.
QSC suddenly announced they'd completely shut down for a few days, over a month ago.
Most vendors have stopped sending AAS to the US for now at least.
Peptides have somewhat better availability, given they're quasi-legal that's no surprise.
If you find what you want, even if it's a little more than you'd like to pay, probably a good idea to grab some. Or roll the dice on how long it'll be before availability improves, and even then, it's doubtful prices will hit the previous lows.

I remember 1 or 2 years ago, Qingdao announcing that China had banned testosterone production. For what I understood at the time, it use to be legal over there. They went through a major change in their logistics because of it. 99% raws used to come from there. Even for your UL and raw sources (which were mere resellers of the Chinese stuff).

Yes a lot changes in China. Now most raw suppliers don't have raws in hand. Some can get a few raws but not all of them. This is the current situation and will last for months at least. Haven't seen any update of new products. Even have someday, It will be a small quantity and not enough for every source.
