What the fuck are these results

So I'm going for another blood test today to check my TSH. Thyroid problems run rampant on my moms side of the family.

@Jonnyfist, didn't you just bump a months old thread. The thread concerning orals only and Sarms. The "bump" post you made in that thread was about Sarms. The posts in this thread are about Sarms. I may not a wise man, but there seems to be a pattern emerging.
Idk what bump a thread means. This is the first thread i have ever done so i dont know lingo.

To the guy that suggested sarms, I will gladly decline that advice. I tried them and it's just not worth it. They aren't regulated, the shutdown (especially with the newer ones) isn't worth how ineffective they are, and there just isn't enough info on them. The only one I would possibly consider the slightest is mk 677 but even then that's a long shot. I did gain 15 pounds on the cycle but like I said, never again. I'm just going to wait until I'm ready to take the leap for steroids. Until then, I'm just going to do everything naturally and be patient.

Have we figured out what the fuck these results are yet?

Haha not yet. My doctor wants to test my TSH then I have an appointment on the 16th. I asked him if we should test my FSH and LH but he said we'll just test the TSH...I'm just waiting for him to give me a referral to an endocrinologist

My thyroid test came in and it was closer to the lower range. Is this a good number to have or should I be a little more concerned about it?

Personally I'd have a problem with it being like that, especially if you're having problems to begin with, anything is suspect.

That's what I thought too. Ranges are always different with different labs. My general doctor said my thyroid is "normal" but he also said a 319 TT level at 22 in the morning is normal...

Update: So I had my doctors appointment and he wants me to do more blood tests. I'm pissed off about this. I'm fine with more blood tests but what pisses me off about it is that I TOLD HIM TO FUCKING TEST EVERYTHING he's sending me back to do when I went in for my 2nd Testosterone test. Cortisol, LH, testosterone AGAIN, and hcg. I told him that I thought that I maybe had gynecomastia (I think it's just fat) and he had to look up what it was. Then he said if your testosterone is low again, we would treat you with HRT. I asked if we could do another route before going on HRT first because I didn't want to just go straight to that and asked if he we could try getting my body to restart and he basically just said that no doctor in that hospital system would prescribe anything but testosterone replacement. Then he told me if all my labs come back normal, he's going to prescribe me an anti depressant for my mood? I feel like I should find a new doctor...this guy doesn't seem to know what he's doing [emoji53]

Got some more blood tests....he didn't want to check FSH for some reason. I think I'm going to have to change doctors and get some second opinions because this guy wants to start me on TRT right away. Anyways here are the results

That's actually a pretty fucking good TSH result. Id be very happy with that result.

Really? Thank god haha. I'm not sure what are good values for some of these things so when I see the lower end I get worried. Would you possibly mind looking at my other results? I don't want to get on TRT if I don't have to right away.

Yes. The lower the TSH the better within reason of
Course. Hypothyroidism would be indicated by a high TSH. Too low would be hyperthyroid. Where yours is would be a good thyroid.

I'll look them over when I have a chance. Back in to work now  lol

Just piecing together the different blood work it looks like you have low test with normal/high normal LH. This would suggest primary hypogonadism. If this is the case TRT would be your only option since the problem lies in your testicles not producing test and not the signaling for them to do so.

Having said that and assuming you're still relatively young, I would do one more blood test just to triple check everything. You can do the bloods on your own even through labsmd or privatemdlabs. Get the female hormone panel which will include total testosterone, E2, LH and FSH BUTTTTTT try to get a LC/MS total testosterone panel. These are more accurate in general but especially at lower levels. Do the bloods as soon as you can after waking up.

I'm also assuming you're in good general health without any past history of head or testicle trauma, no serious medical conditions, and not on any serious prescription or recreational drugs (marijuana doesn't drop TT levels that much).

Well that fucking sucks. Was kind of hoping for secondary. So a HcG reboot won't work? [emoji53]
