Had this same thing my whole life. Comes and goes with flare ups. Usually it causes me to constantly squeeze at them which supposedly makes it worse.
Oh...I squeeze on them all the time haha

The combo of lgd and s4 is possible. Were you noticing any symptoms before sarms?
Nope 0 side effects. This just started a few months ago. I thought it was cause I was getting like 5 hours of sleep each night so I made sure for like a week I got at least 8 and I still felt tired and just out of place. I'm only 22 so I kind of assumed it was something else like low iron so I started eating more beef and a higher iron diet but still felt off
Doctors never helped, not even and hcg/clomid protocol or nolvadex. At our age they're pretty flakey about prescribing testosterone.
I understand not jumping to prescribe testosterone right away but not to try anything else is a little absurd.
I tried all the diets, natural supplements, etc. diet didn't do shit and my metabolism was wrecked. Could have been overtraining, yet I was having these symtpoms a long time before I even began training.
I did find taurine and dim to help with certain symtpoms, tho.

Oh well it's a huge liability issue and what not, but I can always help myself . There are other clinics too
If I was a female and wanted to become transgender I'd be given a bottle of test quit easily it seems, though. Nothing against transgenders or anything just FYI
Maybe it also has to do with how Test affects sperm count and at a young age you might want children some day. I assume a TG wouldn't care about that.
My money is on the fact you were walking around for too long at too low of a bodyfat for a drug free lifter, which is why you had those symptoms and low T for so long. Did you ever try going up to say mid-range bf for a while and drawing bloods again and observing how you felt?
TRT should never be indicated for guys who are very low bf until they try going up in bf and retesting. The docs were correct not to rx TT imo.
It could have been this too, very true. Doctors didn't test my body fat but I did mention it.
Especially at 22 without a clear understanding of the cause...My money is on the fact you were walking around for too long at too low of a bodyfat for a drug free lifter, which is why you had those symptoms and low T for so long. I'm gonna bring up an off topic discussion....
In a theoretical medical setting -
When the BF it's my assumption that it does get hard to maintain muscle and one my go catabolic. So whether this person placed in on themselves with an eating disorder, overtraining etc do you guys still agree with utilizing aas such as oxandrolone for their treatment process? Depending on how bad the individual was? There body could have been severely effected.
I know there are some doctors who will prescribe the use of oxandrolone or nandrolones to recovering anorexics.
This could be similar treatment to muscle wastage. Testosterone can also be used for wastage but I don't think it's prescribed for that reason
Therapeutic doses of course
What's all of your opinions?
This depends on the individual. If the issue in the examples you outline is an eating disorder, and it usually is with young guys who want the shredded year round look unfortunately, drugs are not needed.
It's just something I've observed, the desire to look grainy and dry as a drug free bodybuilder year round can easily exacerbate or turn itself into an eating disorder.
Unrealistic expectations are to blame for this and I don't blame the fitness mainstream either, people need to realize it takes a very long time to build an impressive physique. Trying to force an impressive physique with only a few years of training or AAS use under ones belt is not realistic and it leads to people doing stupid shit to get there.
Muscle wasting to the point of the person having a dangerously low amount of weight or lbm is another issue and again, drugs aren't really needed unless there is a wasting disease involved.
I'm not a doctor though.
I agree. Sometimes it may be necessary but usually just refeeding will work for the drug free lifters and most of the time their testosterone comes back to normal.
The grainy, dry look is hard to obtain period and getting like that without AAS is extremely stressful for the body. We shouldn't place blame on anyone except the mindset that comes with a lot of people who start bodybuilding.
Hey question prob stupid question. If no tissue could It just be from having high sodium intake? And changes in food lately? Just asking. When I eat shitty mine get a little puffy as well as my hands.
