Currently on 450mg (Use 1ml barrels and it pretty much pulls in 0.9ml counting for what gets left in the pin) test e trying to add as much lean tissue over the next 17 weeks (3 weeks in). Was on 250mg the 4 weeks preceding)
Dont get any bloat or estro sides which is great but definitely find high/moderate doses of test much weaker than 150mg test and 30mg anavar.
On 150mg test and some var ill have wild pumps in the gym, feel like I can train forever and every workout im adding weight to the bar. But on 450mg test I basically feel natty with slightly better than normal pump and feel like I can just eat more without getting fat. No crazy strength gains or recovery benefits yet.
Would adding in a low dose of anavar be wise? Maybe 25mg per day even just PWO 4-5 times per week?
Primo is another option but given I dont get estro sides on test im thinking that it might crash my estro.
Increasing the test to 600mg is another option but would be testing the estro side effect gods at that dose.
6'2 190lb with abs lean 10-11%bf - goal 205-210
Diet is 3300 cals 250g protein, gained 1.8lb in last month on this amount. Could add 200 cals but dont want to get fat and have to prematurely end the bulk.
Training is 4 day split 12-20 sets per body part per week.
