Last week I was at the gym doing my legs routine. I usually have problems after my workout with a nausious feeling, but felt decent after this one. I went down to the gym deli and got an orange to eat on the way to work and then have a protein drink. I got about a half block from the parking lot and my stomach started turning. I was hoping that I wasn't going to puke, but whata ya know. As soon as I opened my car door I started puking up everything in my stomach which wasn't much, just half an orange. I dry heaved a little and then I puked up a pretty good amount of blood. Not sure what it is, but am guessing it is a stomach ulcer giving me the problems. Sometimes I even get nasious during a back or shoulder workout. I find it harder and harder to keep taking all of my supplements. I am taking glutamine, chromium picolinate, lipoic acid, multi vitamin, vitamin c, choral calcium, LIV-52, BCAA powder, Acetyl-L Carnitine, clen, stacker 2, and dnp. I was not using the dnp when this happened though. As a matter of fact I hadn't taken any of my supplements yet after my workout when I got sick. Is their anything that I can do to heal my stomach without going to the doctor's office?
