What to do with all this?

How would one go about putting together a cycle?

I have dianabol, test, equipoise and cytomel to work with. But only know enough to be dangerous. Need some advise...let me know if you can help..thanks
 
ofcourse we can help. first things first though. you need to read the 2 stickies at the top of the anabolic section. when you're done with that, put together what you think would be a good cycle. post that along with your stats...age/height/weight/BF%/years traing and your goals.

as you said, at this point you only know enough to be dangerous :). we'll help you out brother, but do the above first. then return to this post with what you came up with.

Okay I'm 26 and weight about 175 not sure what my BF% is just have a little fat on my stomach that i could do without. Oh and I'm 5' 9". i use to train hard and came in at 185lbs...but that was a good year ago, i've only been back at it for 4 months.

i was thinkin to do the first six weeks on the dianabol and test. Then bring the cytomel in the last 4 weeks to tighten up. not sure when to bring the equipoise in.??? Or I'm way off, but thats why I'm here.

My goal is to be 190lbs minus the fat. Please advise thanks

well you have EQ and test. and d-bols. what kind of test is it? prop? enanthate? cypionate? what dose...200mg/ml? 100mg/ml? 250mg/ml? and how much do you have of it? same goes for the d-bols and the EQ.

grizz has it right. workout for another year or two. steadily. bring your weight up 10-20 lbs, then think about doing aas. lay down some foundation man, then think about juice.
 
well he's only 5'9", so 195lbs naturally is a good goal to shoot for before he starts juicing. of course, he probably wants those 20lbs by this summer so working out naturally for a couple of years has to be out of the question.

reminds me of the guy standing in front of the microwave screaming, 'hurry!' :D just another manifestation of the 'i want it now' attitude that is so pervasive in society today....
 
ok you guys know ill be the first to flame a newbie that dont do a search. but this guy is asking for serious suggestions. and sounds willing to take the advise. for some one that has trained in the past and has been back for 4 months thats a good start. he should be back to his natty max with in a couple more months. so a cycle during summer wouldnt be out of the question. just like joe ask, what EXACTLY do you have?
 
he said he trained hard in the past but did not say for how long. he also said his goal is to be 190lb minus some bf. i think he can and should do 190 naturally. hell, like is said before, he ought to do a little more than that naturally. go to 195 or even 200, then hit the juice. the question is, does he want to? probably not. not a flame here. just an observation about how most folks want it all and they want it now. i mean shit man. you're only 170 lbs. wtf are you going to do a cycle for? i don't know, maybe it's just me...

test 200 cypionate....10ml
EQ 100....4 bottles 10ml each
d-bols...100 pills

By the way i have been trainning over all for about 8 years on and off. 175lbs is about as big as i get...i was on test to get to 185. In the last for months i have already got back to the strength i had when i was consistant.
 
I was just figuring that 175lbs was the base level. The, more or less, untrained state. Some may disagree with me(read: those who don't eat/train properly), but I firmly believe that EVERYONE is MORE than capable of gaining 30-40lbs naturally. Thus, 205-215 would be the appropriate starting level, IMO.

Furthermore, my assessment seems to be dead on since 185lbs was the most attained EVEN WITH JUICE. That's a 10lb gain on test?!?! That absolutely screams poor nutrition and training.

Now, CapnCoke, though it may seem that way, I'm not trying to be a dick here. It's just that using steroids as "muscle in a bottle" is what causes the bad name that steroids get and the silly notion that you must add more and more and more juice to every cycle.

However, I can also understand the desire to look better NOW. I just don't see the economic viabilty of dropping 300 bucks to do what could be attained in a slightly longer amount of time.

Of course, you've already dropped the cash, so a simple cookie cutter program is 500mg/wk test and 400mg/wk EQ for 10-12 weeks.

I emphatically urge you to check out the training and nutrition forums here.

you're going to do a cycle no matter what we say and it IS your right so i'll give you my $.02 here. first of all you'll need at least another bottle of test, if not 2. this will allow you to do 400mg of test/week (or even better 500mg test/week if you get the 2 extra bottles) and 400mg eq/week. what is the dose on the dbol? i don't believe in taking huge doses of dbol so my recommendation is to take 20-30mg dbol for the first 4 weeks to jump-start the cycle. hope this helps. keep us posted.
 
Oh, I just noticed that you posted what you have on hand. Simply put, you need to buy more if you plan on doing a cycle.

The EQ is fine, but you'll need 1 or 2 more bottles of test.
 
right jay, almost forgot. keep the nolva on hand just in case your nips become sore or overly sensitive. but don't run the nolva throughout the entire cycle. and if they do get sore, imo, only run a little bit. like 20mg ed for a few days (that's about how long it should take for the symptoms to dissipate) and then 10mg ed for another week followed by 10mg eod for the remainder of the cycle.

Thanks for the advice...I only weight 160 when i do not train
