what to do

whats up I'm 6'1 about 320-325 and about 23% body fat so I'm pertty big and a very easy gainer. I despertly want to lose my fat, this will be my first cycle and i can only seem to be able to find winstrol, T3, clen, and deca. Any suggestions on what I should do and how much. Also muscle loss isn't a big deal will get it back quick.

laying off the carbs, eating alot of whole foods, down to about 2500 calories. do cardio 3-4 times a week post workout. But hard to get my ass motivated to do it.
 
Bro not to flame but dang man what the hell are you eating??? If your at 325 and never have been on a cycle and cant get motivated to get in the gym, I think it would be a safe bet your fat is more than 23%. Have you had any test done to determine your fat percentage?

If you cant get motivated to get to the gym and Cardio your ass off literally, then you don't have the desire to look better. Here is a tip that helped me when I was heavy, everytime your ready to eat something that you know is bad for you, i.e., ice cream, chips, fast-food, just take your shirt off and eat in front of a mirror. I know this sounds weird, but believe me you wont be eating the wrong things anymore, trust me on that one.

I work out like a champ I just got done playing a season of arena football I have the problam with staying the extra time at the gym for cardio. I am on a six day split in my workouts and never miss a day. The team I played for checked our bodyfat biweekly.
 
sounds like some good dieting, cardio and the gym may help you out bro. Remember AAS / Supplements are really a small percentage in helping you reach your goals although they do help. Diet, Training and sleep are the big things that will get you to your goal. There is a ton of info on the net to help you develop a diet/training plan to help you look and feel better.

without self motivation, it will be hard to be successful in loosing the weight. If you cant get motivated to stay 45 minutes after playing football, then I wonder how serious you are in resolving your weight issue.
