Probably primo or eq would be what I’d try out. I was lucky with ment and had very few high e2 sides and ran it a long a bunch of other gear when I was experimenting with it but I was already running mast and eq so that probably offset the sides.

I've done trest at 20mg/week. Bit of bloat but nothing like some say.
I think 10mg anavar long term would be reasonable.
Primo and mast never tried but heard they are bad for hair.
EQ also never tried. 150mg NPP made my heart beats feeling extra pumped. Thick blood? EQ does the same right? I might see if I can get some in enanthate or shorter ester.

I never ran trest but I would avoid anything that aromatizes with it so you don't have to worry about managing an AI or at least it won't be as difficult if you need it. I think of it like I do with nandrolone. So primo/mast, EQ, tren, etc. You have orals to pick from as well like anavar and tbol, maybe anadrol. But mainly I would avoid test to help manage e2, etc, or keep your test very low like 50mg/week if you feel you must include it. RHGH might work too.

If you aren't running test hair loss usually isn't an issue since you don't have dht. I would probably start with anavar or mast since those are my go tos. Primo never made me feel right
You could use topical or oral minoxidil as a precaution. But with 19-nors like nandrolone you should avoid finasteride/dutasteride. I would think the same applies to trest

AI, won't help with E2 from Trestolone, you have to run Raloxifene to avoid gyno. If you care about your hairs, drop hormones right now.
Those doses are really high. I feel good on trest only so probably don't need test or maybe I'll add 50mg just for body/mental functions and get a bit estradiol.
Never ran EQ. I'll try to get some in Cyp or Enan and see how much my blood thickens. 150 NPP was already too much for me.
