NOTHING!!!!

If you listen closely, they say that ANYTHING you say CAN and WILL be used AGAINST you in a court of law.

If somebody told you to go over to a tool shed and pick out as many tools as you wanted and that they were going to use every single one you brought back to beat you with, how many would you give them?

All you have to say, and it helps to do so respectfully, is that you do not want to talk to anyone until you speak with your attorney. Once you say those magic words, they cannot and will not ask you another question regarding your charges.

You are literally taking away all of their leverage and power by simply invoking your right to silence.

The 5th amendment is probably the most valuable, yet most frequently waived rights US citizens have. Use it.

And tell em you heard it @ MESO!!!!!!!!!!!!!![:o)]

Not only should you say "NOTHING", but simply state that you will not say anything other than "I'd like to talk/see my attorney.
ALSO note that "officer friendly" or "Agent A**hole" will try to be your "friend" and engage you in small talk, especially when you're sitting in the back seat or at the facility in a int. room. PLEASE do not fall for this crap, it's in your best interest to tell them to pund sand!!!!!

Key word, "RESPECTFULLY" decline to speak to them without an attorney. You don't want a pissed off cop up your ass because he feels like you insulted him and you also never know who will show up in court and what they'll say...

The one thing cops hate to hear is, "I'm not saying anything until I talk to my lawyer". It stops everything immediately. Any attorney will tell you the same thing. Be respectfull, but say absolutely nothing. Good advice here.

and if they keep pushing you to talk
just say: "You need to relax, with the questions" :)

When your in court and don't want to answer
a question the other lawyer asks you
just say: "I don't recall"

Just tell them the truth! They are here to PROTECT and SERVE! Be courteous and am sure they will show the same kindness back.
