I have to be careful how I word things with you. LOL. When I eat a lot of red meat I bloat like fuk. The only thing that always helps is Greek yogurt. I have 2-3 a day. Really helps my digestion. Worth a try. Especially if your already taking in adequate fiber. How's your water intake?

Ive tried OTC supplements but fuck all that. There are a few ways to keep things running smooth....in the past, ive eaten 10-12 servings of cruciferous vegetables (mainly broccoli) keep water up as well. But nothing and i mean NOTHING keeps bloat down like Daves Killer bread (powerseed). Eat 2-4 pieces towards the end of the day and by the AM or depending on your biological shit schedule....you will notice a huge difference....theres also a Super colon cleanse a friend swears by....it does the job but it can sneak up on you when u least expect it....shit pants galore! Good luck.

Thank you Man I'm gonna get some of daves bread at Walmart tomorrow

Too much fiber at a time can cause bloating. Probiotics and lots of water work for me.
carbonated drinks and too much protein powder can also cause bloating.
I don't use protein powder
But maybe it's the fiber. ..

I'm getting daves breads
And that digesting enzyme the other guy put up there
NOW Brand digestive caps

Ezekiel bread has been a staple for a while now, seems to work really well for keeping bloat down. Expensive though. Some people don't care for the taste, but have some with a bit of organic honey and some grass fed butter and you'll probably like it.

I don't eat any oatmeal or brown rice either, some foods are more trouble than they're worth. Stick with white rice, jasmine rice, and other easy digestible foods that don't swell up in your gut and you should feel better.

I would recommend trying gluten free organic pasta's as well as a carb source if other ones are causing too much gi stress or bloat. Again, expensive as fuck and for some reason has an absurd amount of starch that has to be washed out, but still...

The foods I recommended above will pretty much digest extremely well for just about anybody.

Also don't forget about fiber which is one of the things that most BB diets lack
Yea I always take psyllium husk in one form or another either metimucil or vitamin shoppe brand capsules
But like the one guy said here my fluid intake is too low I know that already ..

My girl used to buy me the Walmart flavored waters but doesn't anymore I used to drink 3 big bottles a day now I drink alot of coffee so I'm going to raise fluid intake

My yellow kratom just got here
So I feel much better energy wise but I still need my fluid up
