You are not too far off from that physique as it stands. You can easily attain 195lb at the same body composition you have now, around 10-11 percent bodyfat without drugs. If that is your goal then it is simply a matter of patience, drugs are certainly not necessary.
As Docd said, any training as long as you are progressive with your training / workouts will be able to facilitate those gains in lbm you need to attain that physique.
