What workout routine is best for bodybuilding

I'm just curious what you guys prefer when it comes down to your training schedule, at the moment I'm currently doing;

Chest/shoulders
Back/arms
Legs
Chest/shoulders
Back/arms

When I seem to train each body part once a week I tend to feel flat 1-2 days after training that muscle group, and seem ready to go again.

I'm currently not taking any gear and in a calorie deficit, any workout programs/apps anyone would recommend would be appreciated! Recently signed up to Dickerson Ross app but that's only training each muscle group once a week so looking around!

Back bi
Chest tri
Rest
Legs shoulders
Bi and tri
Rest
Repeat
Calfs EOD because mine suck
My leg day is brutal so I only hit it once for now but usually I'll split up quads and hams. To be honest none of it matters as longs as you train intense and hit failure and progress in training.

Legs are like a separate kind of sadomaso!
 
Hm I wonder how people do that. I usually like legs with bizeps and/or trizeps but shoulders can be intense and doing legs before sounds kinda crazy to me. I would be fucked for sure.
Oh I'm dying by the end of the workout but it's not my main shoulder day so it's only 3 to 4 excersise.
 
That is completely dependent upon your individual training goals, experience, and injury history.

I change my training blocks to suit my goals after completing them and assessing results.

Right now I’m doing a lot of arm days. Because of my skinny arms.

After the legs, nothing can be done, because there will be no strength, and it’s of little use, personally for me it’s like that.
