Hey right now im just doin 500mg iran test eth, and 300 test cyp QVa week , in my 8th week .

this is what im eating usually..

Wake up
10am - 2 scoups of whey w/ milk and cerial
11am - oatmeal + 5-10 eggs 1 or 2 whole
1pm - tortilla with chicken and vegis
pre workout 2pm protien bar.
post workout 3:30 recovery shake . carbs and protien
5pm 2 chicken b+ baked potato + vegis
7 pm Steak + vegis + yam
8pm sliced roast beef + wheat tst + salad
10pm Milk protien shake
11 or 12----sleep----
4am ---Whey shake



whatcha think bout that?

i usually do some snackin in there too .

I work at dennys (family owns it) so i can eat like a champ , Havent started to eat mass burger pattys yet , but i thought about it after watching pumping iron and seein mike catz devour 4 raw uncooked pattys in one sitting lol

What are your stats, goals, so on and so on.
 
Also, why even advise McDonald's? So there would be a lot of calories in a meal; big whoop.

It would make more sense to take that 6 bucks, buy 2 lbs of ground beef and have an assload of protein/calories/food available from what otherwise would have been 15g of protein and a bunch of bullshit calories and "bad" fats.

I take no issue with the cheeseburger suggestion, just the place at which to eat it. Personally, I alwasy like to make 1/4lb 96% lean burgers and place them on toasted rye bread with a bunch of cheese. FAR better than McDonald's...taste wise and health wise.

Bulking isn't an excuse to eat crap food.

Also, for the main poster, if that's a bulking diet it looks awfully low in calories and fat.



Wendy's rocks. Oh how I'd love a triple with bacon w/ chili and fries. that's some tastey tastey stuff.

Ditch the protein bars.

Stop the "snackin".

Nix the cereal and eat the Grand Slam Slugger instead.

Better yet eat the Farmer's Slam (Three scrambled eggs mixed with crumbled sausage, shredded potatoes, peppers and onions. Topped with country gravy and Cheddar cheese. Plus two pancakes, two bacon strips, two sausage links and a side of hash browns).

For lunch have the Sirloin Steak & Eggs (Served with two eggs, hash browns or grits and bread).

Wake up earlier.

Eat some Kiwi and increase your Protein (lean beef) and calories.

What are you using on your toast? Toast to me is like dry air that crunches.

How much water are you drinking?

Wash your hands after you use the bathroom.

I acually try to get alot of rest so i dont stay up too late , I drink a about 2 gallons of water a day w/ suger free tang in it. I usually just snack to get extra protien in . And the protien bars i know there not great sources and have alot of fat in them , I just wash all the choc off them before i eat one. I bought 50 boxes of protien + power bars off ebay so im stuck eatin them lol

why eat some kiwi?

Im doing a Bulk yes and tryin to keep it as clean as possable. When i started i was 192pounds and right now i just weight in at 221p . im 6"4 also .

anyone got any other suggestions......

that cerial is just to get some Whey protien in my system asap when i wake up ,, ITs also Carb watch cerial so it has 12g of protien per serving and alot of fiber,, good stuff dispite the fact it looks like cat food.

my breakfast is a hour later

You have to ask yourself one question before you put anything into your system to feed your body.

"Is this going to help me or hurt me".

Low carb cereal, gimmicky power bars, and mystery snacks are the slippery slope to failure. I'm going to get a little harsh...but its only because I care.

Get serious with your diet. Knock of the shit and educate yourself on the proper nutrition required for feeding your body. Read, read, read....then read some more. All the lifting in the world wont amount to squat if your not eating right.

Hang out in the Nutrition section here and learn what people are saying about what works and what doesnt. Youve taken the right step by putting yourself out on front street here for everyone to see your diet and eating habits.

Now feed your mind and learn what you can do to get serious and clean up your daily intake and become a champion!!

I got a little carried away with that champion shit...but you get the gist.

Also, I'm not a nutritional expert or food guru. I'm just a fellow "ironworker" trying to help. :)

looks kinda like a 220lb guy's cutting diet. wheres the damn fatty food man? also i'm a firm believer in seafood. get some fish in there. cut out the veggies, the fiber will just make you full if you're trying to bulk. don't worry, if you're eating enough to bulk you'll shit just fine without having to take in alot of fiber. thats a shitload of meals too....how do you ever digest all that food that fast? when i'm bulking i eat 3 huge meals a day and a protein shake right after my workout. one meal is always a 1lb cheeseburger with a milkshake (mandatory). for dinner i like fried chicken with some biscuits (KFC original recipe cuz i can eat about 8 pieces) or a 8-12oz piece of salmon with mashed potatoes or pasta. breakfast is a big omelete and a big bowl of oatmeal all made with 2% milk. if i can stomach it, i'll eat a PBJ with natural PB right before bed. try to have a stomach full of protein when you go to sleep. fruit is not a bad idea to add in though, just so you get vitamins and antiox's and dont feel like a sabertooth tiger because you're eating so much meat. by the way, my bulking diet is probably around 6k calories but who's counting?
 
When I'm on my bulking diet I eat 6 eggs for breakfast 6 days a week. It's tough but well worth it. Off cycle, it's nothing but cereal.
 
11% in bulkin

i like eatin smaller meals but more often .. gives the body more time to digest them.
