What's a typical Test C cruise on the high end of dosage?

Approach it with the "how small of a cruise can i get away with?" mentality rather than "how big of a cruise can i get away with?"
This is some very solid advice that most don’t want to listen to when they first start out. Me included. After a year of trying to dial in my “trt”dose with amounts I knew were not necessary but didn’t want to admit, I was over it.
I had no ai left and a single vial of 250mg left with no plans of buying anymore. That’s how sick of it I was. I made it last as long as possible. 25 weeks later at 100mg a week I felt absolutely perfect. To this day that is my trt dose. It was a blessing in disguise lol

In the 1960s the average testosterone level of a healthy military age male was 1500 plus.
The only group of humans walking around with endogenous 1500 ng/dl TT levels (without drugs). And no you don't want to have that (or maybe some do nowadays).

commercial deployment of RIA methods to accurately chacterize hormone levels did not show up until early 1970s...

Upper reference limit has not appreciably changed (1100 to 1200 ng/dl) taking into consideration correlation between IA and LCMS methods. The idea of the widespread natty stud of yesteryear (1500 ng/dl+) is simply myth.

200 mg/week (+/- 25 to 50), or what's called "TRT" by some.

Dr. Grant seems like a genuinely good dude. I was just messing with you. I spent way too much time trying to help Danny over at TNation.

But 400 mg/week Test ester, most definitely androgen abuse for almost everyone (very few people on Earth as shown in the graph I shared will be below mean 1200 ng/dl on that protocol).

You have to remember the TOT hormone and optimization channel is home to the 50 ng/dl free Testosterone club. What could possibly go wrong with a FT of 50 ng/dl? If it feels good it must be good, right?

My favorite. Danny starts to get a little worried finally at 80 ng/dl FT.

Good lord.

Still makes me crack up...

“Ok, let’s say we have 10 billion people on the planet. Now imagine there’s 10 billion times those 10 billion people. Really think about it; it’s not 10, 100 or even 1000 times those 10 billion people, it’s 10 billion times those 10 billion people. Right? Ok…now take 10 billion times that population, so that you have 10 billion times 10 billion times those 10 billion people. Now do that again and again and again, so that you end up with a population of 10 billion times 10 billion times 10 billion times 10 billion times 10 billion times the current population of 10 billion people we have. Ok? Now out of that population, there is statistically one guy with Free T at 80ng/dL”
