What's best for Traps?

I like the upright row with a close grip. However it's considered harmful for the joints.
Never had problems with it though.

What I am doing now, is taking a lighter weight..
I think 95lbs is on that curl bar..
Well, I hold the curl bar right in the
groves in ready shrug position, and start from top
let the weight drop fast and quickly switch direction
at the bottom.

It's a hell of a shock to my muscles.. and tendons..
bones.. probably the whole joint..
So, I guess I will do it like this until I pull a muscle or
get a hernia, then I will switch it up some

Surprise the muscles is good to keep them growing.I bet they won't see that one coming![:o)]

Deadlifts, Powercleans, Behind the back Barbell shrugs. Nothing looks better then traps that look like they come out of your ears. Not even a 6-pack beats it...Unless we're talking beer :D

My muscles are always surprised
with my workouts, cause I don't even
know what I will do next...

I can go from laying down watching a movie
to psycho super sets and drop sets or right
from loading up the bar for extreme intensity,
just to fall asleep right inside the power rack ...

I am unpredictable.. even to myself
