So lately in my training ive started to use more and more equipment i.e belt, lifting straps, bands, knee sleeves/wraps and the slingshot. so that being said my bag of gear is almost looking comical with all of the stuff i have in it:
Oly shoes and chuck taylors
Knee sleeves and knee wraps
2 different sets of bands
wrist straps and wrist wraps
a rumble roller and a small diameter roller and lacrosse ball
yoga blocks
powerlifting belt and dips belt
slingshot and hip circle
last but not least chalk
some days i use multiple items other days i don't even touch my bag but it got me to wondering am i just hording workout gear or is there lots of other gear guys like me?
