met-rx protein plus is really good. low fat, lots of time released proteins, cheap, and tastes GREAT. go for strawberry.

Don't buy into the hype of the formulas that claim to have various stages of release. Just make your own blend at TrueProtein. I just made a blend with 60% egg white protein / 40% Calcium Caseinate. Its awesome.

Try looking at http://www.netrition.com/ It's a well orgainized site & I like their prices/delivery times...but even if you don't want to buy from them they have a good selection of protein so you can get an idea of what to try.

cheapest I have found is at walmart and at www.supplementdirect.com

Walmart have 2.2lb sizes which equate to 30 servings of 22gram Protein for 11.99 I think. Supplementdirect has 5lb whey concentrate for 27.99 so you could get 2-5lbs for under 60 bux before shipping.

So far that is cheaper then all the way and on supplement direct site you can see the lab assay test results and 5lbs is 80servings. You could actually get 20lbs for under $115 from allthewhey for a better value then 20lbs from supplement direct but for 5lb quantities so far supplementdirect is the best I have seen.

Bulk nutrition have some decent prices on 5lb whey as well especially the econowhey by SciFit which is 25.95. THey also seem the have one of the most variety of flavors like Cookies n Creame, Strawberry, Banana, Coconut Creame, Chocolate marshmellow and more.
