What's the difference between Masteron and SERMs regarding estrogen receptor occupation?

Masteron is often recommended to stack alongside Testosterone, but SERMs like Nolvadex are frowned upon and seen as unhealthy and dangerous.

Why, what’s the difference?

Great question.

As far as I know Nolvadex isn't "seen as unhealthy and dangerous."

Masteron has less side effects and builds muscle while acting as a SERM in some people, so it would be chosen over Nolvadex. However, if you are one of the unlucky people that are prone to gyno, Nolvadex is the way to go unless you know for a fact Masteron works as a SERM for you. In fact it has been shown, Nolvadex combined with an AI will reduce gyno.

Note that the only thing a SERM will do is raise your tolerance to estrogen side effects not reduce estrogen in any way.

Thanks! Then I guess it’s just old-school advice to avoid Nolvadex. I've tested Masteron and it works as a SERM for me, but I didn’t like it because of the other side effects.
