WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE!?

Article that breaks down some common misconceptions- while you "feel" ghrp6 the most it is not the most efficient or effective, and eating is not the issue- it's carbs you want to limit before and after peptide pins.

If you eat every 2-3 hrs then you are never on an empty stomach unless it is first thing in the morning. It takes about 5 hrs for your stomach to be fully empty. The stomach churnes (SP for sure) the food and it goes to the small intestine where then nutrition is absorbed. Fats and proteins slow the digestion down as you guys also know. So, if you eat every 2-3 hrs, or every 4 hrs, you are never on an empty stomach really. Now this was done after I believe eating 50g of carbs, 50g protein, and 30 or 40g of fat. 1.5hrs later the testing was done. So insulin should have been spiked, everything should have been spiked, and the results were basically same as when they were testing on a fasted stomach.
