Whats up everyone, im new here about to run my second cycle!

Whats up im 22yo 5'11" 205lbs roughly 15%-20% body fat ( just a guess really have no clue ) ran my first cycle last year of sust 250 500m/wk for 12wks an 750mg wks 8-10

i took a few months off after my cycle and having a baby and im about to run a cycle of sust and deca as followed:
sust 500mg/wk
deca 200mg/wk
10 week length runnign it straight foward as that. i have some adex for on cycle if i feel any flareups and probably going to try nolva out for pct as i used clomid in past, and was also thinking about adding in some sarms, still have to do my research on sarms i dont know much about em. anyone who has input comment and let me know what ya think. thanks!

Well at least northern gave you solid advice.
yeah we all make our choices at different times. i felt sluggish and weak b4 i ever even took steroids. and my lower back was in pain and the juice seemed to eleviate or prevent the pain and uped my libido and strength and sleep quality

Yeah i know along with the rest of us hahaha!
Maybe your training, nutrition and discipline was weak but that's none of my business;)
 
If that's all you using deca only for the joint benefits what's wrong with that?

I've been using 375m-425mg of Nandrolone Deca for the last 9 weeks got one week left has worked wonders for my joints and training with pre existing injuries. Gained a good 15lbs. It's all about training and nutrition.

Wonder if I can throw it in midcycle to help heal up the strained left biceps tendon, as I pulled it apart (but didn't tear the muscle or tendon) somehow in a gym accident a few weeks back.

Mid cycle then npp or a fast Deca would probably be ideal.

I feel with long Deca the benefits started coming at weeks 6.5 - 10.

A family friend popped the bicep tendon and had surgery on it that's one of my worst fears!

I honestly get awesome strength gains from deca. I think anything over 400 I'd get get great strength gains from it. My diet consists of 16-20 raw eggs a day as well. Shit, I make strength gains just from them eggs brutha[emoji4][emoji505]

Cool..gonna check into that.

That was my biggest fear...tearing the bicep (or the tendon) but I got lucky. No longer doing underhanded bb rows as that was what caused it. Got one strike don't need another one...

Yeah I think i saw you post a pic recently you're a fucking beast solid as fuck to. Seriously though i need to jack up my egg intake you ain't lying homie food is anabolic as fuck.

I'm actually recovering from a major surgery on my spine, from an accident while training. I lost a lot of my gains I made in the last 2 years. I got a titanium vertebrae now. I think I remember seeing your pics as well. I believe you are the Canadian who made an amazing transformation??? Am I correct?? Your all ripped up now ain't ya??!![emoji4]
